By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 777ay platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of the entire agreement between you and 777ay.

Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically and to ensure that you remain in compliance at all times.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered through 777ay, including but not limited to: cricket betting, sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and any promotional features or bonus schemes that may be introduced from time to time.

Use of the 777ay platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777ay does not permit the use of its platform by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the minimum legal age for gambling in any jurisdiction. This is a strict platform-wide policy with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, bots, and other non-human actors are not permitted to hold accounts on the 777ay platform.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of 777ay is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 777ay, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from 777ay management.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapable by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 777ay or any other gambling platform, that remains in effect at the time of registration or continued use.

To access the full range of 777ay services, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations and to the ongoing maintenance of your account:

• You may hold only one account on the 777ay platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• You must notify 777ay immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your account security. 777ay will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain appropriate security of their credentials.
• 777ay reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Account information may be updated at any time by contacting the 777ay support team. Changes to name or date of birth require supporting documentation and are subject to verification.

All financial transactions on the 777ay platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits, withdrawals, and the management of your account balance:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no minimum withdrawal amount, provided that the requested amount does not exceed your available account balance after any applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Deposits are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time at 777ay's discretion.
• Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your 777ay account within minutes of confirmation. Bank card deposits may take longer depending on the issuing institution.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. 777ay reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• 777ay does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment account used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the 777ay account. Deposits from accounts in different names will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• 777ay does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal processing fees, if any, will be disclosed to the Player before the withdrawal is confirmed. Third-party payment providers may apply their own charges outside 777ay's control.
• Any account balance that has remained inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

From time to time, 777ay offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times before a withdrawal request may be submitted in respect of that bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower wagering requirements as disclosed.
• Bonus funds may not be used to place bets on certain markets or game types where the contribution to wagering requirements is restricted. A full schedule of game contributions will be provided in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts will constitute bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• 777ay reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to the protection of any bonus already credited to a Player's account in good faith.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, 777ay's determination shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms and Conditions.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the 777ay platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 777ay does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except in cases of an obvious technical error or manifest pricing error on the part of 777ay.
• 777ay reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect price where that price resulted from a technical error, data feed error, or human error. Players will be notified of any voided bets and the relevant stake will be returned.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with 777ay's sport-specific rules, which are published in the help section of the platform. Generally, if a cricket match is abandoned before a result is possible, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, game type, and player account status.
• 777ay uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games and slots. The outcomes of RNG games are independently audited for fairness. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers under controlled conditions provided by our software partners.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant bet or game round. Settlement times for live sports markets may vary depending on the availability of official result data.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ay platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, any associated winnings forfeited, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets, access the platform, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation, whether in relation to events offered on the 777ay sportsbook or otherwise.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or bug for financial gain. Players who discover a technical error are obliged to report it to 777ay support immediately.
• Money laundering, fraud, or the use of stolen, fraudulently obtained, or disputed payment instruments to fund an account.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask your true geographic location or to circumvent any restriction applied to your account or jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 777ay staff or other platform users.

777ay is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing tools that enable players to manage their gambling activity effectively. The platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and is not a source of income.

Players who feel that their gambling is no longer within their control are encouraged to make immediate use of the responsible gaming tools available through their account settings, including deposit limits, wagering limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. 777ay applies a strict minimum age policy of 21 years. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds will be returned to the relevant payment method after the deduction of any bonuses received.

All content displayed on the 777ay platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, software, text, game titles, and any other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 777ay or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 777ay platform or its content without the prior written consent of 777ay. Unauthorised use of any 777ay intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ay's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777ay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the platform, even if 777ay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777ay does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. 777ay accepts no liability for any losses arising from such unavailability.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by 777ay is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

777ay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered Players will be notified via email or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform at the time of their next login. Your continued use of the 777ay platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the 777ay platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through the following process:

• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to a senior member of the 777ay compliance team. A final decision will be issued within 14 business days of escalation.
• Step 3 — External Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved after the internal process has been exhausted, both parties agree to seek resolution through an independent dispute resolution mechanism, the details of which will be provided upon request.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
